Rotate Image turns a photo by any exact angle, not just 90 degrees — to straighten a tilted shot or set a precise tilt. Drag the dial, type a degree, or tap a quick angle, and watch the live preview. It accepts JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, AVIF and iPhone HEIC or HEIF photos. The canvas grows to fit the whole rotated picture, so nothing is clipped.

What you can do

  • Rotate to any angle from 0 to 359 degrees: drag the dial, type a number, or use the arrow keys.
  • Quick angles for 0°, 90°, 180° and 270°.
  • Accepts JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, AVIF and HEIC/HEIF.
  • Corners left empty by a tilt are filled white for JPG and left transparent for PNG and WebP.

Can I rotate to an exact angle, not just 90°?

Yes — drag the dial, type a number, or use the arrow keys for a precise degree from 0 to 359. The 0°/90°/180°/270° buttons are just shortcuts for the common case.

Which image formats are supported?

JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, AVIF, and iPhone HEIC/HEIF photos. Everything keeps its original format except HEIC/HEIF and AVIF, which are saved as a JPG, since browsers can't write those formats back out.

Will rotating by an odd angle crop my photo?

No. The canvas grows to fit the whole rotated image, so nothing outside a straight 90° turn gets clipped — the corners left empty by the rotation are filled white for JPG, or left transparent for PNG and WebP.

Can I rotate several photos at once, all by the same angle?

Yes — upload as many as you like and they'll be packaged into a single ZIP download.
