Text to PDF

Paste or type text and get back a clean, paginated PDF.

Text to PDF turns pasted or typed text into a clean, paginated PDF. Text is wrapped at word boundaries using a real font's character widths, set on A4 pages with comfortable margins, and your blank lines and line breaks are kept exactly as you typed them. It is deliberately plain — one font, one size, one colour. For formatted documents, write in Word and use Word to PDF.

What you can do

Frequently asked questions

Got questions? We've got answers.

How does text to PDF conversion work?

Your text is laid out and paginated entirely in your browser, wrapping at word boundaries against a real font's own character widths, then written to a proper PDF document with pdf-lib.

Will long text be split across multiple pages?

Yes — as many pages as needed are created automatically, each in standard A4 size with a comfortable margin.

Does it preserve my paragraph breaks?

Yes. Blank lines and line breaks in your text are kept exactly as you typed them.

Can I format the text — bold, colors, fonts?

No — this tool is deliberately plain: one font, one size, one color. For anything more, write in Word and use the Word to PDF tool instead.

Is my text uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything happens locally in your browser. Your text never leaves your device.
